Baby and Me Fitness/Bootcamp

Join in on activities that include using you and your baby’s body weight to exercise. A variety of fitness training methods will be introduced. Feel at ease as you accomplish your fitness goals, as well as spend time with your little one! 
(For babies 12 months and under)

Gravity

Head to toe functional training! Use your bodyweight as resistance on Total Gym equipment. Gravity is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Participants perform over 250 functional exercises on the unit by quickly changing body positions to move on to the next exercise.

Restorative Yoga

Gentle yoga poses prompt deep breathing, deep cleansing and rejuvenation. Reclining and sitting poses will be emphasized, and students will learn how to utilize straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets to access poses without strain. Students with chronic pain, injury or illness will enjoy gentle stretching and a guided relaxation and Pranayama.

TRX Suspension Training

Fun, fast and effective total-body workout where you control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. TRX Suspension Trainers, are the original, in-class workout system, that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Helps build a rock-solid core, and benefits people of all fitness levels (athletes to seniors).

Yoga for Ageless Bodies

Your Instructor guides you through yoga poses modified for those young at heart and older in body. Poses (standing, sitting and reclining) help students strengthen, stretch and increase range of motion. Classes include a 15-minute Pranayama, for students to learn techniques to release stress in mind and body.

ZUMBA

The world of fitness has been transformed! Zumba Fitness, is a Latin, international inspired dance party. Zumba is easy-to follow, burns calories and reshapes your body Zumba style. Feel the music and let loose!
