Please note that classes are subject to change - check this page regularly for our the most current YMCA of Northern BC Group Fitness class schedules.

Sign-up for classes thirty (30) minutes before start times. Group Fitness class descriptions can be viewed here.

 

Facility Hours

 

Monday to Friday

 

5:00am - 10:00pm*

 

Saturday & Sunday

 

6:00am - 10:00pm

* On STATUTORY HOLIDAYS regularly scheduled programs will NOT run. A revised schedule will be in effect for Fitness Classes and the Wellness Centre. Program fees for these classes have been pro-rated.

 

Childminding Hours

 

Monday - Saturday

 

8:45am - 1:15pm

  A parent or guardian must be in the facility for the duration of the time the child is in childminding. Childminding is a maximum of two hours per visit.

 

Monday - Thursday

 

4:00pm - 7:30pm

 

 

Sunday

 

 

8:45am - 12:00pm
